  • You took part before in the hospital’s long-term study studies at this site
  • You (or your guardian) can give consent in writing and by speaking with the study team
  • You are fluent in German
  • Your home schedule allows the sleep-related intervention to be done reliably for the whole study
  • You can apply the intervention yourself or with help from someone living with you
  • You do not have active sleep disorders (like sleep apnea, narcolepsy, restless legs, insomnia, or REM sleep problems)
