Who can take part

  • You are older than 18 years
  • You have a brain aneurysm that your doctor says can be treated with the DERIVO 2heal device (per the device instructions)
  • You agree to join by signing an informed consent form
  • You plan to treat only one aneurysm (or multiple aneurysms in the same target area) with one DERIVO 2heal device
  • You can take anti-platelet medicines safely, and a blood test will confirm they work for you
  • You do not currently have major disability before treatment (mRS 2 or lower)
