Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older at the time your myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) was diagnosed
  • Have a Ph-negative MPN diagnosis such as polycythemia vera (PV), essential thrombocythemia (ET), or primary myelofibrosis (PMF), or develop myelofibrosis after PV/ET
  • Your diagnosis must have been made since the year 2000
  • You must be able to provide informed consent (agree to join the study)
  • You should not have a life expectancy under 6 months
  • You should not have accelerated-phase myelofibrosis or MPN that shows signs of moving toward leukemia
