Who can take part
- You are an adult (18 years or older).
- You have no upper teeth (upper jaw edentulism), with severe upper-jaw bone loss.
- Your situation may be after upper-jaw cancer or injury, with a prior reconstruction, or after upper-jaw surgery that left a cheek-to-sinus opening.
- You can sign the informed consent (agree to take part).
- You do NOT have chronic sinus infection (chronic sinusitis).
- You are not pregnant or nursing.
