Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and in good general health.
  • You need to replace one or more upper front teeth that cannot be saved.
  • The bone on the front (lip side) of the tooth socket is intact.
  • There is no active infection in the extraction area.
  • The tooth socket has at least 3 to 5 mm of bone at the bottom.
  • You are not a heavy smoker (less than 20 cigarettes per day) and have not quit smoking within the last 5 years.
