Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You had a documented COVID-19 infection.
- You have long COVID symptoms that have lasted more than 12 weeks after your COVID diagnosis.
- You should not have had heart or lung disease before your COVID illness.
- You should not have had COVID-related heart muscle injury (myocarditis).
- You should not have had a blood clot in the leg or lung after COVID (deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism).
