Who can take part

  • For the post-COVID group: you had a positive COVID-19 test and now have lasting symptoms that can't be explained by another condition.
  • For the healthy group: you do not have lasting COVID-19 symptoms that can't be explained by another condition.
  • You are able to follow instructions and do simple exercises.
  • You have a low risk of heart problems during exercise as judged by standard screening.
