  • You are 18 years old or older
  • A clinician has diagnosed you with an anxiety or depression condition (such as panic, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, OCD, major depression, or similar)
  • You can understand and communicate in Spanish well enough to participate
  • You have reliable internet access and an email address
  • You can agree to the study and sign informed consent
  • You are not starting another therapy during the study, and your medicines stay the same (small dose decreases are allowed)
