Who can take part

  • Be age 18 or older and able to speak and understand English
  • Have a fibromyalgia diagnosis that matches the study’s criteria
  • Have had average pain of 5/10 or higher during the last 10 weeks, even after trying medical pain treatments
  • Be willing to complete screening interviews and record checks for mental health history
  • Not have serious mental illness that affects contact with reality (checked during screening/records)
  • Be able to pass vision requirements (no color blindness or cataracts that aren’t corrected)
