Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Your lung cancer is confirmed as NSCLC, and you do not have certain gene changes (EGFR, ALK, ROS1, or RET).
- Your tumor PD-L1 level is at least 1% on an approved test.
- Your cancer is metastatic (spread) or recurrent, or stage IIIC/IV that can’t be cured with surgery or radiation.
- You can provide tumor tissue from before treatment (archived sample) or agree to a biopsy, and you may need another biopsy while on treatment if it’s safe.
- Your physical function is fairly good (ECOG 0–1), and your blood counts and organ tests are high enough (platelets, neutrophils, hemoglobin, liver enzymes, kidney function).
