Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have advanced or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse after at least 6 weeks of treatment with an anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1 drug and after prior platinum chemotherapy.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must be willing to provide a tumor sample from before treatment (or have a biopsy if needed) and another sample during treatment.
  • Your overall health must be good enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
