Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- Your breast cancer is advanced (unresectable or metastatic) and has been tested locally as HER2-positive, HER2-low, or HER2-ultralow.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after recent treatment (radiologic progression).
- Your doctor has decided you can receive trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) and it is already scheduled for you.
- You can read and understand German or English, and you sign consent.
- You have not started T-DXd more than 30 days before the study enrollment paperwork is recorded.
