- You must be 18 years or older

- You completed standard combination chemotherapy (TCbHP) but your cancer didn't completely go away on imaging
- You are willing to have a needle biopsy (small tissue sample taken with a needle)
- Your heart function is normal with no signs of heart problems on tests
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function meet minimum safe levels
