Who can take part
- You will sign and date the main consent form before any study steps.
- You must provide a new or stored biopsy sample from your breast tumor (primary or metastatic site).
- Your breast cancer must be metastatic or not removable by surgery, and be HER2-low (IHC 1+ or IHC 2+ with negative test) or HER2 IHC 0.
- Your cancer must not have been HER2-positive before (no prior IHC 3+ or IHC 2+ with positive test) and you must not have had anti-HER2 treatment for metastatic disease before.
- You must have had 1–2 previous treatment lines for metastatic breast cancer (with specific rules for some hormone-receptor–positive groups).
- You must have at least one measurable tumor spot on scan, and your heart test (ejection fraction) must be at least 50%.
