Prednisone plus aspirin to improve IVF outcomes in thyroid antibodies

Who can take part

  • Your blood tests show thyroid antibodies: TPOAb higher than 34 IU/ml and/or TgAb higher than 115 IU/ml
  • You’re between 20 and 38 years old
  • You have enough developing egg/embryo numbers for IVF (at least 5 follicles >14 mm on trigger day, or at least 5 eggs retrieved, and embryo quality for frozen transfer if applicable)
  • Your uterine lining and pregnancy setup must meet the study rules (for example, endometrium thickness must be at least 6 mm)
  • You must agree to take part by signing the study consent form (ICF) after understanding risks and benefits
