Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 70 years old.
  • You must have advanced solid tumors (like colorectal, non-small cell lung, or other cancers) that have not responded to standard treatments or you can't take them.
  • Your tumor or blood must have a KRAS-G12V or G12D mutation and you must have specific tissue types (HLA-A*11:01 or HLA-C*01:02).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must be in fairly good health with adequate organ function (like blood counts, liver, kidney, heart).
  • You cannot have other active cancers, serious autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled infections, or certain heart/lung conditions.
