Personalized T-cell therapy for advanced solid tumors (KSX01-TCRT)
Part of Cancer clinical trials.
This study tests a personalized treatment made from your own immune cells (T cells) that are re-engineered to recognize and attack your specific tumor. It is for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. If you qualify, you will have a blood draw and a tumor sample collected to create your own custom T cell therapy.

This early-phase study tests a personalized treatment made from your own immune cells to attack solid tumors that have not responded to standard care. If you qualify, the team will collect blood cells, prepare the therapy, and give it back to you with close monitoring for safety and early signs of benefit.
This early-phase study tests a personalized immune-cell treatment (TCR-T cells) made from your own immune cells. You may qualify if you have a solid tumor that shows a specific target on tumor cells and your body type (HLA-A2) matches what the therapy needs.
This trial tests a personalized cell therapy that uses your own immune cells (T-cells) specially modified to target your tumor. It is for people with advanced solid tumors who have run out of standard treatment options.
This trial tests a personalized immune-cell treatment made from your own blood to target certain solid tumors. You may be eligible if your tumor has a specific protein pattern and you have tried standard treatments without success.
This study tests a new treatment using your body's own immune cells (called tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) that are taken from your tumor, grown in a lab, and then put back into you. It's for people with advanced solid tumors who have run out of standard options.
This trial tests an injection of your own immune cells (tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) to see if they can fight advanced solid tumors like stomach or lung cancer. Doctors will remove one of your tumors, grow the immune cells from it, and then give them back to you.
