- You have primary B-cell lymphoma in the brain or spinal fluid (PCNSL) confirmed by biopsy or other approved sample test
- Your cancer has at least one measurable spot the study can track
- You have not been treated for PCNSL yet (except a short “pre-phase” steroid and/or one dose of rituximab with high-dose methotrexate)
- Your body functions are adequate: kidney, liver, bone marrow (blood counts), and heart tests meet minimum levels
- You can provide informed consent and follow study visits and instructions
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and (if applicable) you can use effective contraception during the study
