Who can take part
- You must be willing to sign the informed consent form.
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old, and have a solid tumor confirmed by biopsy/pathology.
- Your cancer must be advanced and have progressed after standard treatment, and you need at least one measurable spot doctors can track on scans.
- Your general health should be good enough for treatment (ECOG 0 or 1) and you should be expected to live more than 12 weeks.
- Your blood counts and organs (kidneys, liver, etc.) must be strong enough based on screening tests.
- If you can become pregnant, you must use very effective birth control during the study and for at least 6 months after the last dose, with a negative pregnancy test shortly before enrollment.
