Who can take part

  • Be 18 to 75 years old (either sex can join).
  • Have advanced cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread, and have tried standard treatment (or had no standard options, or could not tolerate it).
  • Finish chemo/immunotherapy/targeted therapy/radiation (except local pain relief) at least 4 weeks before starting this study drug.
  • Have at least one measurable tumor spot doctors can track on scans, and be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0 to 1).
  • Blood tests and organ function must be adequate (for example, enough white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, kidney function, and liver function).
  • If you can become pregnant or can father a child, you must use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
