Who can take part

  • Your baby was born less than 1 year ago
  • Your postpartum depression screening score is 10 or higher
  • You either are not on antidepressants, or you’ve been on the same dose for 8 weeks and won’t change it for the next 10 weeks
  • You can understand and agree to take part in the research
  • You can speak English well enough for therapy and assessments
