  • You are a mother whose baby is currently in the NICU
  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You speak English
  • You gave birth more than 24 hours ago but less than 12 months ago
  • You have depression (either diagnosed, or scored above 10 on a depression quiz, or scored below 10 but sometimes/often think about harming yourself)
