- You are 18 years or older
- Your kidney stone situation fits: one stone 10–20 mm, or multiple stones in one kidney area (one calyx)
- You can sign consent and follow study instructions
- You do not have blockage/narrowing in the ureter on the same side (no distal ureter stone or stricture)
- You have no active urinary tract infection at the time of the procedure
- You are not pregnant and you do not have a single functioning kidney
