Who can take part
- You are age 19 or older.
- You have immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), primary or from another autoimmune condition.
- Your platelet count is below 30 (30 x 10^9/L) and you need active treatment.
- Your ITP has not fully responded (relapsed/refractory) to steroid treatment, or steroids can’t be used.
- You have tried at least two other ITP treatments besides steroids and also have tried two different treatments overall.
- You can take the study medicine safely based on pregnancy status, infection status, and organ/lab results (no active severe infection; no major liver/kidney limits).
