Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 63 years old
- Your main problem is neck pain and you’re seeing a doctor or physical therapist for it
- You have signs of a problem related to the diaphragm/nearby organs (a “peridiaphragmatic” condition)
- You can understand the study and agree by signing informed consent
- You have no major nerve, injury, cancer, infection, or rheumatic (autoimmune) illness causing your symptoms
