Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 55 years old.
- You have had neck pain for more than 3 months.
- You have been diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy (nerve compression in the neck).
- Your average neck pain is at least 5 out of 10.
- You have no history of neck surgery, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, or other nerve conditions.
