Who can take part
- You’re an adult (18 or older) with a chronic leg ulcer that leaks fluid
- Your ulcer leaks a moderate to large amount of fluid, and its size is about 3 to 30 square centimeters
- Your blood flow to the foot is likely adequate: ABPI must be above 0.7 (checked within the last 3 months)
- You agree to follow compression therapy instructions and attend visits, and you consent to digital photos of the wound
- Your ulcer is not infected in a way that needs or continues antibiotic tablets/medicines at enrollment
- You cannot be allergic to the dressing materials; no wound fillers are used, and the ulcer should not go all the way around the leg
