This trial tests a gel applied on hard-to-heal leg ulcers to see if it can help them heal. It is for people with chronic venous leg ulcers that have not healed for at least 4 weeks but less than 2 years.

Who can take part
- You must have one or more leg ulcers caused by poor vein function (venous leg ulcers).
- Your ulcer must be at least 2 cm² and no larger than 20 cm².
- The ulcer must have been present for at least 4 weeks and no longer than 2 years.
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have good blood flow to your foot (confirmed by ultrasound or other tests in the past year).
