Who can take part

  • You must be a child age 8–17 with obesity (BMI at or above the 95th percentile) and mild asthma
  • A parent/guardian will need to give consent, and your child will need to agree (assent) if appropriate
  • You (or your parent/guardian) need to be able to read and speak English
  • You must have access to the internet and an approved smart device/computer for study sessions
  • You must be taking an asthma prescription now, such as albuterol or an inhaled steroid
