Who can take part
- You must have prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy or cell testing, with MRI staging of T1a, T2a, T2b, or T2c
- Your MRI target area must be at least PIRADS 3 (often meaning the spot looks suspicious)
- Your PSA blood test must be 10 ng/mL or less
- Your cancer type on biopsy must be limited (no Gleason pattern worse than 3+4 in any biopsy core, and no cribriform pattern or cancer spreading outside the prostate)
- You must be able to do the required pre-treatment MRI scans with specific image sequences and timing
