Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer confirmed on a biopsy done through the rectum or the perineum (between the scrotum and anus).
- Your most recent biopsy (TRUS or MRI-guided/targeted/template) must match specific patterns of where the cancer is located and how aggressive it looks.
- Your cancer stage must be early (T1 to T2c), with no known lymph node or distant metastasis (N0, M0); limited extension like T3a may still be allowed.
- Your PSA blood test result is 20 ng/mL or lower.
- You expect to live at least 10 years (based on your overall health).
- You can sign consent and understand enough English to follow the study.
