Who can take part
- You are between 50 and 80 years old.
- You had one stroke at least 6 months ago.
- You can move the stronger (non-paretic) arm on purpose, and your affected (paretic) shoulder has at least minimal ability to lift against gravity.
- You do not have a pacemaker or a cochlear (ear) implant.
- You do not have another neurological condition besides stroke.
- You are not in another treatment study/program and you do not have a skin wound, infection, or inflammation where the device would be placed.
