Who can take part
- You are between 50 and 85 years old.
- You had a single stroke at least 6 months ago, but less than 15 years ago.
- You can move your ankle upward at least 5 degrees while sitting or lying down.
- You can walk 10 meters (about 30 feet) on your own, even with a cane or walker.
- You can understand simple instructions and do not have severe memory problems.
