Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy (pathology review must be done).
- Your scans (MRI and PSMA PET/CT) show only one prostate tumor spot that matches your biopsy.
- You are age 18 or older, and you can do most daily activities (ECOG 0–2).
- Your prostate cancer is low or intermediate risk (not high-risk).
- You must not plan to use hormone therapy or chemotherapy during the study.
- You must be able and willing to sign consent and follow study visits, scans, and treatments.
