Who can take part
- You have prostate adenocarcinoma (a common type of prostate cancer)
- Your cancer is early stage: clinical T1c to T2a, with no known spread (M0 or Mx)
- Your Gleason score is 6 or 7
- Your prostate is under 60 cubic centimeters in size (MRI and ultrasound rules apply)
- Your prostate symptoms score (IPSS) is 20 or less
- You must be able to have the DCF-Pyl PSMA PET scan for planning and sign consent
