Who can take part

  • You’re age 10–70 (any sex).
  • Your performance status is 0–1 (or amputation may allow a slightly higher score), and your expected survival is at least 3 months.
  • Your sarcoma is advanced or has spread (distant metastases) and your doctor believes surgery isn’t suitable.
  • You have measurable tumor spots on scans that can be followed (meet RECIST 1.1).
  • Any prior treatment side effects are mostly gone by the first dose day (grade 0–1), except hair loss if your doctor feels it’s safe.
  • You meet key safety lab and heart/thyroid requirements, and you’re not dealing with certain serious infections or uncontrolled medical problems.
