Who can take part
- You have a solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, such as certain types of esophageal, head & neck, breast, lung, or liver cancers.
- Your tumor has a specific genetic change called 11q13 amplification, confirmed by a genetic test (NGS).
- You have not taken lenvatinib before.
- You are in generally good physical condition (able to do normal daily activities) and are expected to live at least 3 more months.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan (at least 1 cm wide or a lymph node at least 1.5 cm).
- You do not have an active autoimmune disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a high risk of bleeding.
