Test savolitinib plus durvalumab for MET-amplified stomach cancer

Who can take part

  • You can sign an informed consent form and understand the study.
  • You are at least 19 years old and weigh over 30 kg.
  • Your tumor test shows MET amplification (copy number 4 or higher on local genetic testing).
  • Your stomach cancer has progressed after 1 or 2 prior chemotherapy treatments, and you have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans.
  • Your overall health is fairly good (ECOG performance 0–1) and you have at least 3 months of expected lifespan.
  • Your blood counts and organ functions (bone marrow, liver, kidneys) are within required limits before starting treatment.
