Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and able to sign informed consent.
- Your lung cancer must be confirmed as EGFR/ALK/ROS1 “wildtype,” and MET “exon 14 skipping” is not present (MET needs to be high).
- You must have only had first-line (initial) systemic treatment for advanced NSCLC, and you cannot have taken any MET-blocking drug before.
- Your tumor must show MET overexpression on tumor tissue testing (IHC result of 3+ in at least 50% of tumor cells).
- Your recent overall health must be fairly good (ECOG/WHO performance 0–1) and you must have measurable disease on scans.
- You must have adequate blood counts and organ function (liver, kidneys, and blood clotting) for chemotherapy.
