  • You are an adult (18+), or legally able to consent where you live
  • You (or your legally authorized representative) agree to use your medical data
  • Your CT or MRI scan does NOT show acute bleeding in the brain
  • You do not have a serious, advanced, or terminal illness with less than 3 months to live
  • You can be reached for follow-up about 90 days after the stroke
