Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have had a stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) confirmed by a brain scan (CT or MRI)
  • Your stroke happened within the last 7 days
  • You are alert and able to follow instructions and cooperate with video and audio recording
  • You do not have severe hearing loss, vision loss, or speech problems that would prevent you from understanding instructions
  • You do not have severe facial, limb, or hand injuries, amputations, or large bandages that would interfere with video recording
