Who can take part
- You are a woman undergoing groin (inguinal) lymph node dissection for vulvar dysplasia
- Your groin lymph node surgery will include either a sentinel lymph node biopsy or full lymph node removal, on one or both sides
- If you had lymph node dissection before, it must have been more than 30 days ago
- You do not have a known allergy to vancomycin
- Your records do not show known resistance to vancomycin
