Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older and able to sign consent
  • You must have confirmed AML that is not the APL subtype (non-M3), and it must be relapsed or resistant after at least one treatment
  • You must be able to follow all study visits and stay in the study for the planned time
  • You must be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 2 or less) and have at least 4 weeks of expected life
  • You need enough blood and organ function for study treatment (including kidney filtering, and bilirubin below a certain limit)
  • You must be able to swallow and take oral medications
