Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and able to sign consent.
  • You have an advanced solid cancer that has spread, with at least one measurable spot on scans.
  • You’ve tried standard cancer treatments for your type of tumor (or there isn’t a standard option left).
  • You can have weak body-condition health only up to a certain limit (ECOG score 0–2).
  • Blood tests, liver/kidney tests, and bone marrow function must be strong enough for treatment.
  • If the study needs it (Phase 1B), your tumor must test positive for GP88 on prior tissue or a new biopsy.
