This study looks at how sleep and wake patterns change in people with early Alzheimer’s, and whether these changes relate to memory and thinking decline. You may be asked to do questionnaires, sleep diaries, and possibly a diagnostic spinal fluid test (lumbar puncture) to measure biomarkers.

Who can take part
- You have mild Alzheimer’s disease, with a mental status score (MMSE) between 21 and 30
- You have a family caregiver who can help complete questionnaires and sleep diary forms
- You either already had a lumbar puncture (spinal fluid test) within the last year, or you are scheduled to have one as part of care
- Your care team needs blood and/or spinal fluid samples for diagnostic biomarker testing
- You can attend all study visits and complete the study tasks (tests, questionnaires, sleep diaries)
- You are covered by the French social security system and can sign consent
