Test ONC201 to prevent colorectal polyp return in high-risk people

Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older
  • You are high risk for colorectal adenomas (for example, FAP and/or many adenomas on a recent colonoscopy)
  • Your planned colonoscopy (standard care) must show at least two adenomatous polyps 5 mm or larger
  • You must have enough blood counts and normal liver and kidney test results for the study
  • You must be able to do a second procedure about 12 weeks after starting ONC201
  • If you can become pregnant, you must use reliable birth control during the study and for 4 weeks after stopping
