Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old
  • Your colon initially had about 100 to 1000 visible polyps
  • Your biopsy/pathology showed multiple adenomas (pre-cancer growths)
  • Genetic testing shows you have an APC gene change (a specific DNA point change or a large deletion)
  • You do not have colon cancer or evidence that it has spread to distant organs
  • You can have a colonoscopy (camera test of the colon) and you can understand the study goals
