Investigating TPST-1495 for Familial Adenomatous Polyposis

Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of FAP (with or without a specified genetic test)
  • You have had surgery to remove your colon at least 12 months ago
  • You have some polyps in the upper part of the intestines (duodenum)
  • You are not currently taking certain medications that interact with the study drug
  • You do not have recent cancer or serious, uncontrolled medical conditions
