Who can take part
- You’re age 18 or older and can sign written consent
- You have classic familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) with specific APC gene mutation and known duodenum or leftover colon/rectum/pouch involvement
- You’ve had colectomy/subtotal colectomy, and your duodenum disease is stage II or higher
- During endoscopies, you agree to leave only small polyps (10 mm or smaller) unremoved
- Recent heart, liver, kidney, and blood tests must be within study safety ranges
