Database study for patients with blood clotting signs

Thrombotic Microangiopathies

Part of Blood & lymphatic clinical trials.

This trial builds a database to study patterns in blood tests and blood smear findings that can suggest small blood clots in the body. Joining may help researchers learn how to recognize and track these changes over time.

Immune system study in transplant patients with blood clotting issues

This trial studies patients who have had a stem cell or solid organ transplant and may have a condition called TMA (small blood clots in vessels) or a viral infection. It aims to understand how certain immune system parts (complement and interferon) affect these conditions.

Building a database for severe ADAMTS13 deficiency

This trial is creating a research database for people with severe ADAMTS13 deficiency, a condition where the body has very low activity of a key blood-protein. It may help researchers better understand the condition by collecting and organizing patient information.

Study blood clot triggers and immune cell changes in clot patients

This study looks at how certain blood cell changes and immune system activity may relate to blood clots in specific veins or lungs. It may help researchers understand why clots happen “without a clear cause” and how to better predict risk.
